Mr Manashvi Kumar, an IAS officer of Punjab Cadre of 2004 Batch has won a great distinction. India Public Policy Network in association with the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi has nominated his PhD dissertation entitled ‘Eradicating Energy Poverty: Overcoming ‘Barriers’ To Decentralised Energy Systems in India’ for the award category of Best PhD Dissertation. He had participated at the IPPN Conference held in Delhi.

Aim of India Public Policy Network:-

The aim of this inaugural workshop is to bring together scholars of Public Policy, Public Administration and Public Management from universities and development sectors in India and other Asian countries to present their work and engage in discussions about the scope and purpose of the proposed Indian Public Policy.

News:-Punjab Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI).

Purpose:-

To undertake collaborative programs in the areas of environmental health, road and food safety besides nutrition and preventive health among others.
The MoU was signed by Principal Secretary Environment and Climate Change Department, Punjab Rakesh Verma and President, Public Health Foundation of India Dr K S Reddy at PHFI Headquarter in Delhi
