Topic:- Agriculture in Budget 2020-21

In the financial budget 2020-21, we have proposed the provision of crores for farmer and gardener brothers.
Thousands of families will benefit from the new schemes launched in agriculture and horticulture areas.

Mehak scheme for the plantation of scented plants.
Rs 50 crore for anti-hail net structures.
A committee will be constituted for water conservation in rural areas.
Rs 25 crore for natural farming.
Natural farming will be taken to 1 lakh farmers through awareness camps.20,000 hectares will be brought under natural farming.
To stop the migration of farmers from village, a committee of MLAs from all parties will study whether abandoned land should be used for agriculture by other farmers of Himachal Pradesh.
101 new trout units to be set up in Himachal Pradesh to boost trout production.
Himachal Pradesh CM increases milk procurement price by Rs 2 per kg.
