What is the news?

• Chief Minister Shri Jairam Thakur ji inaugurated the branch of State Bank of India in Thunag in Saraj Assembly constituency of Mandi district from Shimla today through a virtual medium.

Why important?

• This is the first branch of SBI bank that has been inaugurated through a virtual medium.
